RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
1.2. BUYERS are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product they purchased.
1.3. Shipping fees, which are the cost of product shipment, shall be paid by the buyers.
1.4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the 30-day legal period. If the product is not delivered within this period, BUYERS may terminate the contract.
1.5. The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with documents such as warranty certificate, user manual.
1.6. In the event that it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the SELLER must notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation. Within 14 days, the total price must be returned to the BUYER.
2. BREACH OF PAYMENT OBLIGATION
If the BUYER does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ends.
3. SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD
After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card paid by the buyer is used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank or financial institution, the BUYER must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 days at the expense of the SELLER.
4. FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS AND FAILURE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS
If force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, pandemics, war, terrorism, uprising, changing legislation provisions, seizure, strike, lockout, significant failure in production facilities) occurs and the product cannot be delivered in time, the BUYER shall be notified. The BUYER may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the BUYER cancels the order; If the payment is made in cash, this fee will be paid in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the BUYER has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from this cancellation, but the bank is likely to transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.
5. BUYER'S OBLIGATION OF INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The buyer shall inspect the goods / service subject to the contract before receiving it; dents, broken, torn packaging, etc. damaged and defective goods / services will not be received from the cargo company. The goods / services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods / services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods / service should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The BUYER; Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to him or the person / organization at the address indicated by him, he may exercise his right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal and criminal liability and without any justification, provided that he notifies the SELLER via the contact information below.
6.2. In cases where the SELLER detects signs of use, damage or deterioration after the SELLER receives the goods, the BUYER reserves the right not to accept the right of withdrawal.
6.3. In case of refusal of the right of withdrawal, the BUYER will be informed and the reshipment of the goods subject to sale will be provided at the first reasonable opportunity, with the shipping costs belonging to the BUYER.
6.4. In case the SELLER rejects the right of withdrawal, the fee paid by the BUYER shall remain in the possession of the SELLER.
6.5. The BUYER accepts and undertakes that he / she will not claim any rights or receivables against the SELLER on the grounds that the right of withdrawal is unfairly rejected.

8. DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1. If the buyer purchases a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. Before the expiration of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be used in service contracts where the performance of the service is started with the approval of the consumer.
8.2. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER, without prejudice to the cases of refusal of the right of withdrawal.
8.3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of “Products that cannot be used for the Right of Withdrawal” regulated in this contract.
9. EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Third person or the invoice of the product delivered to the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns whose invoice is issued on behalf of institutions will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.), Return form, The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, packaging, standard accessories.
10. RETURN CONDITIONS
10.1. The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the BUYER under debt to the BUYER within a period of 10 days at the latest from the receipt of the withdrawal notification and to return the goods within 20 days.
10.2. The BUYER is not responsible for the changes and deterioration that occur during the review of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period, without prejudice to the cases specified in Article 6.2.
10.3. In the event that the campaign limit amount organized by the SELLER falls below the campaign limit amount due to the use of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign is canceled.
11. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
11.1. Underwear bottom parts, swimwear and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, disposable products, goods that are in danger of spoiling quickly or that are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for health and hygiene to be returned if the packaging is opened by the BUYER after delivery to the BUYER, products that mix with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by nature, Except for those provided within the scope of the subscription agreement, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, services performed instantly in electronic media or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, and audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if the packaging is opened by the BUYER, it is not possible to return them in accordance with the Regulation. In addition, before the expiration of the right of withdrawal period, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal regarding the services started to be performed with the approval of the consumer in accordance with the Regulation.
11.2. Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikinis, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and cassettes and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, unspoiled and unused in order to be returned.
12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND SHIPMENTS
12.1. In sales outside Turkey, without prejudice to the cases where the SELLER does not act reasonably in the cargo preparation and delivery times, the BUYER shall not be able to claim any rights and receivables from the SELLER in case of delays caused by inter-country cargo transportation and customs, claiming that the delivery time of the product has exceeded.
12.2. The SELLER shall not be held responsible for the change, deterioration and damages that occur during the shipment of the product to the country of origin of the order, provided that the SELLER fulfills the obligations of careful packaging of the product and keeps the necessary warning signs and instructions regarding the transportation conditions of the product in the package.
12.3. Return and right of withdrawal procedures may vary according to the banking and transfer procedures of the country where the order is sent. Delays arising from these issues will not be interpreted as the SELLER's late refund or refraining from returning the product and will not raise a claim of right and receivable against the SELLER.
12.4. In case of political and commercial sanctions and measures in bilateral relations with the country of shipment, the SELLER has the right to suspend the order and wait until the relevant sanctions and measures are lifted. If the order is suspended for more than 2 months, the BUYER has the right to request a refund. However, it is not possible to hold the SELLER responsible on the grounds that the order was delivered late or not delivered at all.
12.5. In overseas orders, the BUYER does not have the right to change the product. The right of withdrawal will not find an area of application at the time of delivery of the product by the SELLER to the shipping company that provides shipping abroad, including companies that provide cargo and transportation services in the country. Conditions regarding the return are kept separate.
12.6. In addition to the price of the product, the BUYER shall bear all other customs, duties, fees, charges and expenses, including shipping and transportation costs for Turkey.
12.7. In case the BUYER requests a refund, the BUYER shall bear all costs, taxes, duties, fees and stamps necessary for the shipment of the product to the SELLER.
12.8. In case of disputes in overseas shipments, Turkish Laws shall apply and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall be authorized.
13. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes that if he/she defaults in the event that he/she makes payment transactions by credit card, he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may apply for legal remedies; may request the costs and attorney's fee from the BUYER and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to the BUYER's debt, the BUYER agrees to pay the loss and damage incurred by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
